This Privacy Policy describes how Truth Intelligence Ltd (“Vision3”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you use our analytics platform at www.vision3.co.uk (the “Service”), in full compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We ingest only publicly available metadata and user-generated content via Third-Party APIs under their official terms. We do not collect private or restricted data.

Your data may be transferred outside the UK. We ensure adequate safeguards such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. You may request a copy by emailing our DPO.

We retain your Personal Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in section 5, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Usage Data is retained for up to 24 months; raw API data for up to 12 months; account data persists until deletion.

10. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures: encryption at rest and in transit (TLS), regular security assessments, access controls, and staff training. However, no system is 100% secure; see section 12 for liability limits.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vision3, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost or expense (including legal fees) arising from:
